This was my first trip to this location in years. Loved the setup. The darts setup was very cool and fun. I plan to bring more friends the next time out. The service and staff hit it out of the park!

Looks very nice inside with the recent remodel. Food was really good, happy hour drinks were awesome, but what made our experience was the manager Roberto. He went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great time.

This review is strictly for the restaurant part of it. The food was good but it took a while. The waitress was horrible. It took a long time to just be seated. Then she wasn't really attentive. They never bought the fork for the pasta. I ended up walking up to the bar they had to go to kitchen and get me a plastic fork. I will probably just come for the arcade. I miss how game works used to operate in Schaumburg.

THIS PLACE HAS BEEN REMODELED. I WALKED IN AND GOT CONFUSED AND SPINNED AROUND LOL. NOT SURE IF THE LADY WAS A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR OR WORKER BUT SHE WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED AND EAGER TO HELP. SHE WALKED ME THROUGH PRICING & THE MACHINES. EVEN MADE MY SON (BIRTHDAY BOY) FEEL EXTRA SPECIAL. I LOOOVE WHEN MY KIDS ARE TREATED AS THOUGH THEY MATTER. WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING.

First, the women who greeted us at the door were exceptionally welcoming! Then we enjoyed lunch at this location and Brandon provided top-tier service. He was attentive, caring, kind and patient. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. The music played provided great memories. I also enjoyed seeing the new remodel of the facility. The full wall television was very spectacular.

I am incredibly thankful for the employees and officer on duty tonight. Unfortunately I didn’t get any names, but I had lost my iPhone 16 in the women’s bathroom, and I talked to a girl employee in the bathroom. She said she didn’t see it. We contacted other employees and the officer in the restaurant, while also trying to call, ping, and track the device. The employees and officers were quick to get a phone description from me. I’m unsure if an employee found it or someone turned in my phone, but they matched my description of my phone and returned my phone to me. All of this happened within 5 minutes. Thank you to everyone that helped find my phone— the outcome could’ve been very different and ruined my whole night.
